Today we have a chat about Nio stock. The Nio IPO was a little over a year ago and we covered it on the channel. At that time Nio stock was like $12 a share or so. Today Nio stock is under $2 a share. Nio the electric vehicle maker has been an absolute joke up to this point.

Nio is losing nearly a half a billion dollars every 3 months. On top of that they have had major recalls and Nio revenue just decreased 8%. The electric vehicle market in China is huge and will get bigger. Tesla will be a major player for EVs in China, but not the only player. Nio has an opportunity to be a major player in electric vehicles in China, but will need to raise billions of dollars in future years.
