You Must Have A Process FOR SUCCESS! - MOTIVATIONAL SPEECH With Ryan Hildreth

If you don't have a process, you're going to fail and I've learned this throughout my career in entrepreneurship and even throughout life. We track our calories, we track our weights, we even track the smallest things like how much we're eating in the morning. Why don't we track our bank account or our business and how much revenue we're generating every single day? Why don't we apply those same principles of tracking certain things, like our weight, like why do we step on a scale every morning or once in a while, why do we track that? Is it just arbitrary or are we trying to get to an end goal?

The same concept has to be applied to business and entrepreneurship. Even I tracked how many times I'm hosting every single day. I track how many people I'm reaching every single day with my content because if I'm not tracking then how much progress am I making? There's no way to tell how much progress you're making if you don't track the numbers. Numbers are everything in the game of business and entrepreneurship. I want you to take this example, for instance.

Two people. There's one guy, he's hustling his ass off making tons of money but he's not tracking how much money he's putting into his savings, how much he's putting into his investments. He's just making maybe a few hundred thousand dollars every single year and this other guy is making, let's just say, 80k a year, he's making $80,000 but every single year he's putting at least 15% into real estate investments. He's putting the other 15% into his savings account, just a cash account, and then he's using the rest for bills and expenses.

I guarantee that at the end of 20 years, the guy that's tracking every single thing ... He's tracking how much he's putting into real estate, he's tracking how much he's putting into savings. I guarantee, that guy is gonna be so much further ahead than the guy who's just making a lot of money but not tracking how much he's putting into investments. Maybe he's just spending it all or maybe he's just keeping all of it in cash and not really doing anything with it.

I guarantee that this guy making less is going to be much further ahead because he's actually tracking his progress so make sure that you're tracking every single thing that you do; with your money, with your food, with your weight, with your lifestyle, with your relationships. Track that so you can see how much progress you're making.
