Focus On The PROCESS Not The OUTCOME (BEST MOTIVATIONAL SPEECH 2019)

Now we get so caught up in the outcome, right? We want to make more money. We want to be with a certain partner. We want all these things out of life, right? But we're not focusing on the actual process to get there.

Let me give you an example, okay? And this goes back to dating, right? This was when I was trying to find my dream partner to be with, and when I would go on dates, I found myself not focusing on the actual date, and I was focusing on the actual outcome, right? Like, "Oh, I want to be with this person." And number one, it comes off as really needy. Number two, you're not actually focused on building a relationship, right? And number three, it's just plain weird, right?

And the same goes with business. When you're focusing on making money or closing deals, you're not focusing on the actual process of building a relationship with a business owner, or with a potential client or customer, right? So, focus on the process, not the outcome, because the outcome will come when your process is refined.
And that's just something that I've noticed with a lot of new entrepreneurs, that I've noticed with even some seasoned veterans, that are kind of losing their touch, and within my own business as well. Sometimes I get so ahead of myself, sometimes I get so focused on making more money. When really, the process to make more money is to help more people, impact more people. Get your message out to more people, and that, ultimately, will sell more of your product.

Because when you're solving a problem, right, in order to figure out that problem, you have to talk to people. You have to get to know what they need, and then you create whatever will solve their problem. And then you can sell, and that outcome of more money, more wealth and abundance for your business will ultimately come through.
